Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use as few as we can. Essential ones keep the site working; analytics and marketing cookies only load if you say yes in the cookie banner.
Your choice
When you first visit, the cookie banner asks what you allow: "Accept all", "Only essential", or "Let me choose" (Analytics and Marketing on or off). We remember your choice for 6 months. Change it any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you turn analytics or marketing off, we delete their cookies and reload the page.

Other storage
The site also keeps a few small notes in your browser's session storage, which is wiped when you close the tab: whether you turned the showreel sound on, which market you picked on /services, a service you chose before going to the brief form, the campaign tags (UTM) of the link you arrived from, so they can go with your brief, and whether the BizarreBrain page already showed you its "before you go" offer (so it appears once at most). They never leave your browser unless you send the form.
Third-party services
Some features load from other companies and may set their own cookies when you use them: Cloudflare Turnstile (the spam check on our forms), the booking calendar (when you open it) and Google Maps or WhatsApp (when you follow a link to them). Their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
