Terms of use
Last updated 8 October 2026
The rules for using this website. Work we do for you is covered by the proposal or contract we agree with you, not by these terms.
About these terms
This website is run by KulcineTalks Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Om Ashram Road, Birgunj, Nepal. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our work and content
The videos, photos, designs, text and logos on this site belong to KulcineTalks or to the clients and partners who gave us permission to show them. You may view and share links to them, but you may not copy, download, edit or reuse them without our written permission. Client names and logos are trademarks of their owners.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Sending a brief, booking a call or getting a quote doesn't create a contract. A project starts only when we both agree a written proposal or contract, which then sets the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. Prices are only what we quote you in writing.
Reviews you send us
If you write a review, you confirm it is honest and about your own experience. You allow us to publish it, with the name and business you gave, on this site and our social media. We may edit it for length or spelling, or choose not to publish it. Ask us any time to take it down.
Using the site fairly
- Don't send spam, false information, or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful through our forms.
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site.
- Don't pretend to be someone else.
Links and other services
The site links to services we don't run, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Meet and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Examples of our work show what we have done for others; they are not a promise of the same results for you. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal decide any dispute about them. If we change these terms, we'll update them here with a new date. Questions: kulcinedigitalmarket@gmail.com.
