Who we are

This site is run by KulcineTalks Marketing Pvt. Ltd. ("KulcineTalks", "we", "us"), a digital marketing and video production agency at Om Ashram Road, Birgunj, Nepal. For anything about your data, email kulcinedigitalmarket@gmail.com or call +977 980-7115750.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us, plus the minimum a website needs to run safely.

• The brief form: your name, business name, phone and/or email, whether we may reply on WhatsApp, your market (Nepal & India or International), the services you picked, an optional budget range and your message. We also note the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags).
• Reviews you write on the site: your name, business (optional), star rating and comment. Reviews are only published after we check and approve them.
• Booking a call: your name, email, phone (and whether we may use WhatsApp), business name, market, what you'd like to talk about, the time you pick and your time zone. We add the call to our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and email you the details.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us that way, we see your number or address and what you send us.
• Security data: your IP address is used to stop spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to limit how often a form can be sent from one address. We keep it only as long as that limit needs (an hour), not with your message.
• Analytics and marketing data, only if you accept them in the cookie banner: see the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run the project you hire us for (taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract).
• To keep the site and its forms safe from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To understand which pages help people, if you allow analytics, and to show our ads to people who visited, if you allow marketing cookies (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To keep records the law requires, such as invoices.

How leads are stored

Messages from the brief form are saved in our database (a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon) and emailed to our team inbox through Resend. We may also get a short WhatsApp alert so we can reply quickly. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data for us under their own security and privacy terms, and some of their servers are outside Nepal.

Only our team can see leads, through a password-protected admin page. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, and client project records for as long as accounting law requires; then we delete them.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers above (hosting, database, email, Google Calendar and Meet for bookings, spam protection and, if you accept them, analytics and marketing tools), with our technology partner BizarreBrain when you ask for website or tech work with them, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for anything you didn't agree to. You can change your cookie choices at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Email kulcinedigitalmarket@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We follow Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), and treat requests from visitors in other countries the same way.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date at the top.
